PROPERTY FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
To determine period of investment, payback period, EBIT, ROI, and IRR in order to provide with clear financial picture to the investor and/or the financial institution/bank from financial point of view.
To assist in preparing all documents required by financial institutions/banks, related to the project where to include complete presentations.
To provide with professional consultancy services through installation and implementation in order to reduce risks of investment and to develop, monitor and supervise sequence of project from all aspects during period of development.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
To undertake all aspects of project development planning and implementation (design coordination, budget planning, finance and accounting, construction supervision, and legal preparation of documents).
